Approaches and Techniques for the Development of Self-Awareness in Adolescents and Young People with ASD 442

Abstract
The difficulty of experiences and impressions verbalizing, the isolation of memories in the autobiographical memory and the problems of age identity are important features of the self-awareness in adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders. Some techniques of psychocorrectional work with the area of selfawareness in people with autism spectrum disorders are briefly described. Highlights from the compendium of work with a group of young disabled people, conducted in the «Communication Space» organization in Moscow are also given.
