Abstract

We discuss the questions of the psychological well-being of children and adolescents with divorced parents. We traced the history of the use of the concept of "psychological well-being" in foreign and Russian psychology in relation to the different age categories. We characterized a model of psychological well-being proposed by Russian authors, containing the summary of the conditions that promote or hinder the formation of psychological well-being of minors. We presented a detailed description of the evaluation system of the psychological well-being level of pupils for the purposes of prevention and correction within the framework of educational psychology. We discuss the possibility of using this system to assess the level of psychological well-being of minors in situations of divorce of their parents.
