Abstract
A new understanding of the term "dysontogenesis" in clinical psychology is offered. Dysontogenesis is described as a disorder of mental development that originates in any age and proceeds over the life span. The problem of developmental crises and age specifics of dysontogenesis is discussed. Problems of dysontogenesis systematization and methods of its psychological diagnostics are covered in the article.
