Movement Development in Children with Normal and Abnormal Development

Abstract
The article presents study of the motor coordination development in normal children and in children with developmental abnormalities. The main phases of movement formation are presented. We conclude that formation of complex motor systems has a mediated nature. The coordination is governed by the children's arbitrariness and by the development of a holistic plan of their orientation in the movement problem situation. In case of abnormal development the movement in its formation is governed by the same laws as in norm, goes through the same stages, but at the same time motor activity and sensibility to the cultural means that surround children is significantly reduced compared to the normal children. The movement always leads to broadening the capabilities of special child as well as the emergence and development of the play. For such a child the introduction and unfolding of a special and more complete system of means and modeling in a different logic of the totality of necessary conditions for development.
