Abstract
The article justified the relevance and prospects of subject self-realization investigation. The multi-level structure of professional self-realization and its basic personal and subjective determinants is proposed. Human adaptation to occupational conditions and the desire for self-realization are based on reciprocal changes in personality and its environment and often described as a process aimed at effective overcoming difficulties with the help of successful decision-making, initiative, responsibility and ability to anticipate the consequences of one’s decisions. Investigation of self-realization in many areas allows to combine the achievements of general psychology, personality psychology, as well as the achievements of psychological practice and to offer multi-level model of professional self-realization.
