Creation and standardization of the intelligence test for middle school age

The basic data on development, the maintenance and application of psychodiagnostic method TIT StPCH (the Teenage Intellectual Test St.Petersburg – Chelyabinsk) are given in the article. Development of the test complex is made by I.M. Dashkov, N.A. Kurgan, L.K. Fedorova (S.Peterburg) and N.A. Baturin (Chelyabinsk). The method has 4 parallel forms (A, B, C, D), each form consists of 11 subtests intended for diagnostics of various intellectual functions. The test passed preliminary rolling on several thou sand subjects (schoolchildren of middle classes) on it basis the standardization including scaling and translation in IQ is carried out. The method gave a good account of itself in long-term researches of dynamics of schoolchildren intellectual development, during entrance and differentiation to schools and classes of various type, and also in practice of psychological consultation.
