Students' Social Thinking on the Stage of Problem Definition 875

Abstract
The author studied features of problematic thinking in students of universities and colleges and the dynamics of their social thinking development in the process of professional training (according to the type of educational institution). The study showed that the level of problematic thinking development in students does not correlate with the type of educational institution and is average. However, university students seem to be more capable of reasoning upon various problem situations than college students. The study also describes the influence of learning activity on social thinking development in students.
