Selikov Ju.N., PhD in Psychology, Senior lecturer at the Criminal investigation psychology chair, Institute of retraining and postgraduate education of FSS officers., St.Petersburg, Russia
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of accepting and fulfilling a learning task in conditions of a collective shared activity in the context of pedagogical psychology instantiated by military specialties (74 seamen of the MNF of RF and 6 sea officers). The concept of socio-genetic psychology by V. Rubtsov was used as a methodological ground of the study. The research conducted makes it possible to conclude that the content of the participants' interaction is closely connected with the exchange of features relating both to their personality and activity. The subjective models, mediating the fulfillment of a learning task, result from the objective conditions in which the task is fulfilled as well as the personality peculiarities and interpersonal relations of the «authors» of these models. The article contains the schema of analyzing these subjective models.

Keywords: socio-genetic psychology, group dynamics, emotional tension, collective shared activity, subject of activity
