Methodology of studying preparedness of teachers to business-like interaction with students 192

Abstract
The article describes method of studying preparedness of teachers to implement a business interaction with students that was developed in collaboration with I.A. Mescheryakova. The method is a questionnaire consisting of 8 questions of different types (open, incomplete sentences, ranking), intended for use both individually and in group form. The results of the study conducted on 24 secondary school teachers in Moscow, using this technique, as well as qualitative analysis of the data collected by observing these teachers in the classroom are presented. Based on these results three groups of teachers are identified and described. Findings indicate that the technique could be used for studying the preparedness of teachers to business-like interaction with the students. It also shows the potential for reorienting teachers at an innovative model of interaction with adolescent students.
