Application of correlation analysis in psychology

Abstract
The article describes the use of correlation analysis in psychology. Concept of correlation relationship and its main characteristics are described. The main hypotheses used when applying correlation analysis are discussed. Possibilities of the correlation coefficients application according to the type of scale that was used to measure variables are presented.
