Goldyreva V.A., Master of Psychology, Lecturer, Chair of General Management, Department of Management, National Research University "Higher School of Economics
Abstract
We present the results of a study aimed at revealing the relationship between values and concepts of business ethics in different generations of Russians. We assumed differences in the relationship between values and concepts of business ethics in different generations of Russians. The respondents were 100 people, half of them – representatives of the older generation (33-72 years), and the others – representa- tives of the youth (19-28 years). Using the methods “Cross-Cultural values investiga- tion” (Schwartz) and "Ethics of business interaction" (N. Lebedeva), we identified intergenerational differences in value priorities, as well as intergenerational differ- ences in views on business ethics in Russians. We also described the relationship between the values and concepts of business ethics on the total sample of Russian respondents. We show differences in the relationship between the values and con- cepts of business ethics in different generations of Russians.

Keywords: culture, values, business ethics, concepts of ethics, intergenerational differences.
