Inclusive vocational education: the experience of implementation in terms of the Amur Teachers College 1185

Abstract
We present the experience of transition to inclusive education, constructing a model of inclusive educational environment in the conditions of realization of secondary vocational education on the example of the Amur Teachers College. Particular attention is paid to the development of professional competence of teachers as the conditions for the implementation of inclusion in college. We point out that this experience can be applied in the design and adjustment of inclusive processes in the field of vocational education to meet the task of expanding its accessibility for children with disabilities and their main dream: possibility for having vocational education in the educational environment in which they are perceived as equal.
