Training of Teachers to Magistracy of the new Generation

The article highlights the changes in the basic professional educational training program for teachers of basic general education of professional (pedagogical) Magistracy connected with the reorientation of training on new educational results, which are expressed in competences determined by the professional standard of the teacher. The improving practical training of future teachers is one of the most important purposes of the modernization of pedagogical education. The new content of practical training in accordance with the basic professional educational programs is aimed at the development of labor actions (functions) in accordance with the professional standard of the teacher. The program is within the enlarged group of specialties "Education and Pedagogy". Variability of construction of the disciplines of the module enables the undergraduates to work out an individual learning path. The main condition of the realization of the basic professional education program is effective networking of educational institutions of higher education with educational organizations - places for practical lessons.
