Subjectness Resources in the Preparation of Bachelors in Pedagogic 749

Abstract
The article discusses the notions of developing character of education and the possibilities of becoming of the agent of training and educational and professional activities. The discussion is centered on the concepts of “subject / agent” and “subjectness”. The understanding of the activity and its agent is considered from the general psychological perspective and compared to the notions of educational activity in school in B.D. Elkonin, V.V. Davydov and V.S. Bibler works, as well as to the educational and professional activity in the university. We discuss the possibility of designing conditions for subjectness development in the university education based on the ideas of developing education (the Elkonin-Davydov system), as well as on the basis of B.D. Elkonin’s notions of the act of development and first of all the function of mediation. Mediation is considered as a special work of the educator, subordinated to the task of relating the student’s actual method of acting with the ideal form. The effectiveness of mediation in addressing this task is proposed to be determined by identifying acts of overcoming the present mode of operation. The symptom of such an overcoming according to Vygotsky is the actualization of a “concept that becomes an affect”.
