V.V. Davydov’s Ideas in the Context of Value of the Child's Personality Development and New School Teachers’ Axiological Attitudes towards Students

Abstract
The article presents the results of a study on process of axiological attitude formation towards student personality in future teachers. The value of the child's personality and teacher’s axiological attitude to student are considered to be an important component of humanization of education. Based on the analysis of V.V. Davydov’s works the relationship between the level of professional consciousness development and type of teacher’s attitude towards students is discussed. The components of axiological attitude are presented: motivational-conceptual, cognitive, emotional, and operational and activity related. The psychological conditions, which allow generating axiological attitudes in teachers towards students are justified. The types of relationships towards pupils identified in students are described: formal, emotionally positive, gnostical and axiological. Based on the data obtained during the complex diagnostics, the profiles of different types of attitudes among future teachers to the student personality are presented.
