The role of professional norms in organization of behavior of psychology students 711

Abstract
The article describes empirical research of the process of professional norms acquisition by psychology students in the course of their professional education. The analysis of students’ professional activity was performed, attitudes of psychology student towards their future profession are revealed, peculiarities of students’ behavior in given learning situations are described. The article provides the data illustrating productive influence of increase of professional norms significance on cognitive activity of the students; described the set of methods elaborated by the author with the purpose of investigation of the model of students’ professional development; justifies the practical demand for implementing professional norms for efficient preparation of specialists. Special emphasis is made on the analysis of students’ professional formation as a holistic socio-psychologo-educational process; the transition from formal learning norms to professional norms is mediated by the system of interpersonal relationships in students’ group. It is concluded that acquisition of professional norms leads to increase of professional orientations and awareness in students’ activity.
