Socio-pedagogical conditions of formation of value relations

Abstract
Education and development of young people with a specific set of value relations is a most important socio-pedagogical problem. An educator, who understands the necessity of socio-ethical process in educational activity, transforms it on humanistic basis. It means that in the process of implementation of education aims, he transmits to his students a social, ethical experience, experience of relationships between people. Educational actions of the educator in the educational process and during the extracurricular time have a special meaning because they express the educator’s individual attitude toward knowledge, culture, life, and people. This attitude, charged with values, is received by the students and becomes for them the basis for evaluating of both their own and other people’s actions, the nature of relations between them. The educator’s attitude toward culture, society, formation of professional and social positions, manifestation of value relation not only to one’s own professional activity but also to the social activity is the basis of the educator’s training. The importance of the mentioned tasks is obvious, because only immediate influence of the educator on the object of education facilitates the adoption of value relations. And the educator’s system of value relations determines the character of the personality’s perceptions of the world and values.
