Kindergarten as a practical internship base of municipal pre-school education modernization in the Ivanovo region

The paper refers to the course training of specialists in implementation of variative forms of preschool education as a solution to the question of availability of high quality preschool education in the Russian Federation. We discuss the experience of an autonomous municipal preschool educational institution as a basic Federal internship site of “Modernization of municipal pre-school education”, implemented within the framework of the Federal target program of education development for 2011-2015. We describe in detail the content of training programs, as well as its purpose, objectives, methods and forms of work with students. We report the results to be achieved by the end of training. We consider the positive aspects of this program, as well as problems arising from the application of acquired knowledge in practice, and their solutions. We describe briefly the activities of weekend groups as a form of short-stay groups.
