The paper focuses on social psychological atmosphere and specifics of interpersonal conflicts within foresight teams. The materials presented in the paper indicate that, on the one hand, calm and stable social psychological atmosphere does not necessarily guarantee higher productivity of team members' joint activity; on the other hand, even acute interpersonal conflicts do not always result in destructive outcomes during the foresight projects implementation. Thus the most crucial to the issue is the level of social psychological development of the group as well as the character of joint activity and its current stage.
