Аннотация

Приводится обзор исследований, описывающих структурные компоненты социального мозга, а также их связь с психической патологией. Отмечается тенденция западной науки к мозговому «локализационизму» — стремлению локализовать причины психической патологии в дисфункциях социального мозга. Проведен анализ этой тенденции с позиций культурно-исторической психологии и современных биопсихосоциальных моделей.

Программная публикация Л. Бразерс [17], о которой мы упоминали в части I настоящей статьи, стала источником вдохновения для широкого круга исследователей, в том числе — изучающих психопатологические явления. Традиция описания нарушений социального познания при ряде психических расстройств (в первую очередь — при шизофрении и раннем детском аутизме) сложилась ранее, но после появления данной программной статьи исследования получили новый импульс — в виде ориентации на поиск именно мозговых, анатомических основ выявляемых нарушений. Проанализируем некоторые результаты такого изменения исследовательского фокуса.
