Посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство: когнитивно-бихевиоральный подход

Аннотация

Посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство (ПТСР) – широко распространенное тревожное расстройство, часто сочетающееся с депрессией и химическими зависимо-стями. В данной статье дается описание диагностических критериев ПТСР, рассматри-ваются вопросы его распространенности и коморбидных нарушений. Кроме того, представлена теоретическая модель, объясняющая возникновение навязчивых образов, избегания и тревоги, а также их хронификацию. Авторы излагают когнитив-но-бихевиоральный подход к лечению, основанный на терапевтическом оживлении травматических воспоминаний, погружении с предупреждением реакции, когнитивном переструктурировании, изменении сопряженных с воспоминаниями когнитивных про-цессов и “переписывании сценария происшедшего” в воображении. Исследования подтверждают эффективность этих приемов.
