Понятия устойчивости к травме и посттравматического роста

Аннотация

Сомнение и даже разочарование специалистов в результативности работы, фокусированной на негативных посттравматических реакциях, привело к росту исследований по проблемам устойчивости к травме и посттравматического роста. Понятию «устойчивость» (resilience) в современной литературе дается разное толкование. В одних исследованиях оно рассматривается в качестве определенной черты, относится к способностям личности, в других — как состояние успешной адаптации. Но в любом случае, утверждает автор, понятию «устойчивость» соответствует образ перенесшего травму как обладателя уникальных талантов, навыков, ресурсов, жизненного опыта, способного справляться с самыми сложными жизненными ситуациями.
