Острые реакции на травматический стресс: многомерность картины

Аннотация

Исследователи и практики ранней помощи все больше убеждаются в многомерности и неоднозначности картины острых реакций на травматическое событие. Норма и патология, адаптивность и дезадаптация — границы между этими состояниями зыбки, описания размыты. Однако не на описании различных реакций все больше делается акцент, а на выявлении глубинных причин той или иной формы реагирования. С этим связан пересмотр трактовки острых реакций на травматическое событие, который предпринят авторами данной статьи. Меняются и представления о видах помощи, необходимых человеку на разных фазах переживания трагедии.
