Сегодняшние российские и международные исследования подтверждают возрастающий интерес молодых людей к ресурсам глобальной сети Интернет [2; 3; 15; 27]. В частности, установлено, что 93% респондентов в возрасте 12–16 лет пользуются этим каналом коммуникации независимо от места проживания. В 1998 г. их число не превышало 20%, в 2005 г. оно составило 51,8 % [5].
