Management of the quality of working life in organization using cognitive maps 2158

Actual problems of research of quality of working life in the organization – one of the important factors, that forms a basis of implementation of various administrative decisions and, in particular, of solving the problem of coordination of interests of the organization and its personnel are considered in the article. The regulatory model of the quality of working life allows us to predict changes in the estimation of the quality of working life made by the head of the organization and its personnel in response to the planned managerial decisions. Representation of such changes can be carried out on the basis of the application of cognitive maps that combine two models of evaluation of the quality of work life of the organization – the model of the personnel and the model of the head of the organization that represents its interests. Conducted on the basis of interviews, questionnaires and expert assessments empirical research of the process of construction and application of the descriptive model for assessing the quality of working life in the organization allowed to demonstrate and to verify the method of matching assessments of the quality of working life in the organization based on the use of cognitive maps.
