Perception of health by photos of children faces

Abstract

This work is devoted to study of the perception and recognition of features and characteristics of a human face that determine such important characteristic of man, as his health. However, the ambiguity of the interpretation of the term “health” in psychological literature leads to certain difficulties in operationalization of this concept and formalization of criteria of its assessment. The results of the study indicate the need for the study of perception, not only concerning the permanent characteristics of the human face, but also the importance of taking into account the variable parameters - facial expressions and complexion
