Implicit diagnostics of personality values: prospects and limitations.

The paper presents results of several studies applying implicit techniques of investigation into person values in connection with behavior in different situations: at simulation of decision-making in organization, in real situations of testing and in situations assuming the possibility of being late. The paper reports about development of implicit test allowing to estimate attitude to the values associated with impulsive behavior in situation of uncertainty. Results in favor of this approach accounting for values both facilitating and inhibiting certain behavior are given.
