The topic of gender quotas in management has become especially urgent before the crisis of 21st century and during, it. The urge to find and to apply new efficient managerial re-sources became apparent for many. When developing national programs of gender quotas one should take into acocunt experience of Scandinavian states and national/cultural spe-cifics of own country. This is especially pressing for Russia where approaches to in-volvement of women in management are different from European ones.
