Development of positive values and corresponding “strong” features of the character as a factor of prevention of emotional burn-out of teachers and preservation of health of subjects of educational process 1404

Abstract
On the basis of comparison of hierarchical structures of so-called “strong” features of the character which are diagnosed through the use of the new questionnaire “Values in action”, on the sample group of 125 educators it was found that the leading role in the prevention of emotional burn-out of teachers belongs to the level of formation of his/her cognitive abilities and “strong” character features which are developed under the influence of the “Wisdom” value. In the presence of given internal conditions the educator is satisfied with himself as a subject of professional activity, which his subjective well-being and humane attitude toward the students.
