Motivational Sphere in Students:Conditions and Means of Its Development

Abstract

The research was aimed at studying the motivational sphere in students. 578 students (years 1–5) from different departments of the Far East State Humanitarian University took part in the research. The article reveals the patterns of motivational sphere development in students and, in particular, the specificity of their selfidentification in each year of study. The author describes the communicative component in students' motivational sphere and gives several scientific and practical recommendations.
