Abstract
The work is dedicated to the analysis of children's zone of proximal development with different variants of dysontogenetic development (epilepsy, disorders of autistic specter, mental retardation). Analysis of zone of proximal development of six children was carried out during development intervention program. As a result several factors influencing effectiveness of determining the zone of proximal development were determined: 1) child's general 'emotional-activation' state 2) child's emotional and motivational involvement 3) limitations of perception, processing and information storage processes. As for optimizing child's general 'emotional-activation' state techniques, author considers methods of activity management and regulation of performance process. The examples from diagnostic and intervention practice given in the article once again illustrate importance of taking into consideration the following: child's emotional and motivational state, individual characteristics of information processing while the assessment of one's zone of proximal development, and development (elaboration) of individual intervention and developing programs.
