Mediational mechanisms of pedagogical communication style development in future teachers 876

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of individual pedagogical communication style in future teachers, the task of facilitation of its development. The author concludes that the process of individual pedagogical communication style development is the result of interaction of inherent and personal factors in the social situation of special socio-activisational education. The research was carried out on the sample of 95 third-year students in pedagogical college in Nal'chik.
