Conflict management training: contextual approach 1221

Abstract
The article analyzed the context aspect of conflict management training of modern professionals. It is noted that the effectiveness of conflict management is largely determined by ability of being aware and take into account many contexts in which conflicts occur. The following examples of contexts where conflicts occur are presented: cross-cultural, spatial-temporal, intrapersonal, developmental, gender, and communicative.
