Characteristics of Non-Chemical Addictions in Early Youth Age 1455

This article is devoted to the problem of non-chemical addictions which significantly affect personality development. We examine the following addictions: gambling, love, sexual and avoidance dependence. The author draws attention to the fact that from all of the above only gambling addiction is considered as a disorder, and only this one is dealt by medicine and psychology. Other types of non-chemical addictions are not studied as closely as the gambling addiction. One of the goals of the study was to describe those addictions that a person in early youth can be exposed to. The properties of the gambling, love, sexual addictions and avoidance dependence are described. The behavior patterns of addicted people are characterized. Key authors and their works in the field of addictions are listed.
