Gifted Education in Korea: Three Korean High Schools for the Mathematically Gifted 1330

The article examines the questions of mathematics education of gifted children in Korea. The authors discuss the methods and the forms of working with this type of children. Differences in qualifications of teachers in different institutions engaged in working with gifted children are shown. The article deals with the topic of opportunities provided for gifted pupils in such educational institutions, for example, carrying out individual research in higher grades. The accelerated education program is described in detail It is noted that pupils of such schools.
