Abstract
We discuss one of the important problems of social rehabilitation of persons with disabilities - their professional education and development. We distinguish the features of professional identity of persons with HIA, the impact of the health on the features of students’ professional formation, their educational goals, career prospects, professionally important qualities, the components of educational and professional activities, difficulty in learning and their impact on the development of professional consciousness of students with HIA.
