Analysis of the Difficulties in the Goal Setting among the Older Adolescents 1713

The article outlines the conditions for realization of goal-setting processes, the causes of deviations from the stated objective are discussed and difficulties in goal-setting among the older adolescents are described. Results of the study are presented in which 65 pupils (aged from 13 to 18 years) of the thought-activity pedagogy school have participated. It is shown that adolescents do not realize their initiatives till the end because the goals of the activity are not formed, they are not fully aware of the cultural foundation of the selected future image and they do not consider the social conditions of the goal achievement. We also show that the goal formation and its stability in adolescence are significantly affected by interaction with an adult.
