Study of teacher’s preparedness for implementation of the Federal state educational standard of primary general education 1447
The article presents an explicate analysis of the document which determines the directions of modernization and development prospects of the country’s education system - the national educational initiative “Our new school”, conceptual and strategical provisions of the Federal state educational standard of primary general education (FSES PGE). Particularities of effective and gradual implementation of FSES PGE in the Moscow education system are described, results of monitoring of effects of further training of primary grades teachers in definition of their preparedness for implementation of FSES PGE are presented. The problem of studying and defining the actual level of acquintance of teachers with the federal educational standards is highlighted. The article shows the breach between teachers’ perceptions of their preparedness for implementation of FSES PGE and the real result of their learining the conceptual framework of FSES PGE, its content and essence. Necessity for development of a new competence model of activity of the primary school teacher, a model of further vocational education based on activity approach is justified.
