Psychological-pedagogical rehabilitation of minors with deviant-criminal behavior: experiment and experience 2366
The contribution describes a model and a process of psychological rehabilitation of minors with deviant-criminal behavior in an open educational institution; presents results of experimental work on overcoming children abandonment and adolescent crime on the base of a federal innovative site - the Khabarovsk Centre for psychological-pedagogical rehabilitation and correction – a regional state educational institution for children who need psychological, pedagogical and medico-social help. It proposes the author’s concept of prevention of deviant-criminal behavior of minor at the basis of which is the creation of psychological-pedagogical conditions for nurturance of internal behavior regulators and allowing them to replace the external ones. It also shows the principal distinctions between the system developed by the author which was approbated in the Khabarovsk regional Centre for psychological-pedagogical rehabilitation and correction and the systems which operate in other educational institutions for children and adolescents with deviant behavior.
