Peculiarities of referential relations of students as a factor of educational-professional motivation 1359

The article discusses the possibilities of optimization of educational-professional motivation of students by social-psychological means. Results of researchare described, the hypothesis of which was an assumption of existence of specific relation between the motivation profile of educational-professional activity of psychology students and their referentometric status in academic group. 425 students of the 1st, 3rd and 4th courses of department of psychology (88 boys and 337 girls) participated in the research.
