Psychological Science and Education psyedu.ru Investigation of significant parameters of school educational environment 2108Kalugin D.V. Abstract
The article discusses the issue of psychological safety of a school educational environment evaluated by teachers and pupils. The main characteristics of educational environment in representations of educational and pedagogical process participants are defined. The results of empirical research of educational environment parameters, carried out in Moscow secondary schools at the sample of 58 junior (12-13 years old) and 46 older (15-16 years old) adolescents, are provided. Parameters of satisfaction and safety in a school educational environment are analyzed alongside with their interconnection. The author concludes that the obtained data support the significance of maintaining positive interpersonal relationships between participants of educational process and display vectors of their development aimed at achievement of high level of psychological safety of education environment at school as a whole.
