Intragroup Structuring of Study Groups in Different Types of Educational Institutions 1668

The article presents the results of a theoretical and experimental research of specifics of intragroup structuring of educational groups in regular school, college and higher education institution. Using sociometry, referentometry, informal power struc-ture determination procedure, Integral self-evaluation of group development level (L. G. Pochebut) method, modification of Kelly's repertory grids technique and other methodical methods, comperative analysis of specifics of intragroup structuring of educational communities of different levels of socio-psychological development was carried out. Dominating substructures of interpersonal relations intrinsic to each type of educational institutions were identified. Interrelations between development stages of educational groups within a framework of an educational institution and specificity of its intragroup structuring were analysed. It is shown that substructures of attraction, reference and informal power have diverse levels of evidence in educational groups of different institutions.
