Abstract
The article consistently and expansively describes the informative supervision experience of young trainers, presenting typology of erroneous strategies of young leaders and making examples of construction of individual profile of leader's position in the process of class group work. It is concluded by the text of the full programme of master-class "Methods of design and realization of socio-psychological trainings".

Keywords: socio-psychological training, developmental envinronment and group educational activity, non-judgement and process priority, basic positions of the leader.
