Socially-psychological model of styles of reaction to changes: phenomenology, diagnostics and recommendations
Article is devoted to the actual problem of the people behavior in changes. The results of our empirical and experimental research allowed to identify a typical cognitive, emotional and behavioral reactions of people in the situation of changes, which allowed to identify four styles to respond to changes: the Innovators, the Conservers, the Reactive, The Implementers. Based on the results of the study constructed a model of styles of responding to changes and suggested recommendations for managers how to work with each of the styles in the situation of changes.
