Peculiar features of work of recruiting companies in the Russian Federation
Despite economic crisis personnel and recruiting remains one of the most important success factor of business in today’s Russia. This paper is devoted to the classification of recruitment agencies in Russia, describes selection and testing methods of candidates, focuses on basic tasks of recruitment process and the understanding of the Russian human resources risk factor.
