Проблема развития целостного восприятия в возрастной психологии

Аннотация

Большинство исследований зрительного восприятия детей свидетельствует, что спонтанная направленность на целостную форму объекта возникает в возрастном развитии лишь к 6–7 годам и далее усиливается вплоть до позднего подросткового возраста. С другой стороны, возможности восприятия локальных элементов также развиваются на протяжении всего детства. Параллельное и гетерохронное созревание этих двух относительно независимых механизмов приводит к колоссальному разбросу данных поведенческих исследований целостного восприятия детей. Кроме того, остро стоит проблема содержательной и экологической валидности экспериментальных методов его изучения. В собственном исследовании авторов предлагается недирективный подход к оценке выраженности тенденции к целостному восприятию в процессе доступной для ребенка дошкольного возраста деятельности, основанный на анализе качества ошибок при распознавании фрагментированных изображений реальных объектов. Механизмы возрастного развития целостного восприятия обсуждаются с точки зрения созревания ассоциативной зрительной коры правого полушария и тормозных межполушарных связей через мозолистое тело.
