Abstract

We describe a plan of diagnostics and development of trust in themselves and in others in people with varying degrees of innovative activity. The results of its testing are presented. It is suggested that there are differences in the relationship of attitudes of confidence and confidential conduct, and their manifestations in people with varying degrees of innovative activity. The study involved 129 people with different experiences of innovation (age 18 to 30 years, 80 men and 49 women). We used such methods as investment game, conversation, observation, questionnaires, testing. We found that innovation-active young people tend to harmonize the system of trust relationships, they have ambiguous relation between the attitude to confidence and confidential behavior, in contrast to the young people who are not members of innovative competitions. Based on the results, we developed a module of psychological and educational technology designed to develop self-trust. The implementation of the program in a group of 1st year undergraduates of the Biological Institute of Tomsk State University (22 subjects aged 21 to 25 years old) allowed to prove that the self-trust actualization is most effectively actualized under specially organized psycho-educational support.
