Founded in 2011, a peer-reviewed scientific journal Vestnik of Saint Petersburg University. Psychology publishes original articles on various fields of psychology and is addressed to professional psychological community, as well as scientists working in related fields.

The Editorial Board of the Journal is guided by legal and ethical principles adopted by scientific community and supported by community of leading publishers of scientific periodicals, as well as the requirements of legislation of the Russian Federation in respect of copyright. The editorial policy of the Journal is aimed at improving the status of the journal, its attractiveness and its entry into the leading scientific informational resources on psychology in Russian science, with its further promotion at the international level.
The Journal publishes theoretical, analytical articles and reviews in modern fields of psychological science, the results of empirical and experimental studies, characterized by novelty, originality and scientific value. The main mission of the Journal is to promote the growth of level of publications in Russian science, cooperation of domestic scientists from various universities and research centers of Russia on the pages of the Journal, promotion of Russian science in informational space of the world psychological science. The Editorial Office develops cooperation with domestic and foreign scientific centers and scientists belonging to various scientific schools and directions.
