В статье рассматривается научение специалистов новым формам практики, в которых требуются принятие совместных решений с целью удовлетворения комплексных и разносторонних потребностей клиента. Такая форма работы отличается от деятельности постоянной команды или сети сотрудников. Она требует изменений во взаимодействии разных специалистов и отношениях с клиентами. Такие требования возникают во всех сферах услуг, где есть необходимость в комплексной реакции для удовлетворения потребностей клиентов.
