Ментализация включает в себя развитие автономной саморегуляции и приобретение способности эффективно различать эмоциональную экспрессию и намерения других, а также способность увидеть себя как отдельного, способного к саморегуляции субъекта психической деятель- ности [5]. Были получены важные данные о влиянии пола и возраста на развитие способности к ментализации в подростковом и юношеском возрасте. В подростковом возрасте СП активно развивается, независимо от индивидуальных различий в общих познавательных способностях [25].
